Is it Friday?
May 15, 2020 Another Friday.... Tai chi on the wharf in the usual 2 groups, we are 8 today. Sally, Phil, Danny from Weymouth in shorts!, Wayne, Jenny down by St. George St. and John, Grace, and me at the end of the wharf. There's a fishing boat gearing up to go out. Guys talking, smoking, one of them sounds like Phil and I think for a moment that he is talking during the tai chi set. Three sea gulls have a noisy chat about step 35 of our set. Every once in a while I sink into a dark fog of grief for Nat. I miss you, I want to tell you about Wayne's scary face mask, I want to hold you. And then it passes and I go stack some more wood.
